Description
Gastroptosis is a disease of the Stomach.
The downward displacement of the Stomach is termed as Gastroptosis. It is not a life threatening condition but causes digestive troubles and Constipation.
Normally, the healthy and tight muscles inside the body hold the organs on their place. However, When the inner muscles of the abdomen get weak, they fail to hold the Stomach at its original place. As a result, it causes saggy Stomach or displacement of the Stomach.
