Description

Emaciation is a disease of the whole Body and its proper functioning.
Normally when you eat food, it is converted into blood, fat muscles bones and other parts of the body.
If the body has actually been starved of food, the person will lose weight, muscles fat and become lean abnormally. But this is rare.
The root cause is starvation of the metabolism.
A person may eat good food and yet emaciate. The important aspect here is not the food itself but the assimilation of the food by the body. If the metabolism is impaired and cannot extract the nutrients from the food the patient will lose weight. Call it Emaciation.
Other diseases may impair the functioning of the metabolism.

Single Herb

Golden Shower for Emacitation

Take the fresh flowers. Clean them properly with water. Boil two flowers in a glass of milk. Drink twice a day.

Banana ( Kela ) for Underweight

Blend 1 Banana in 100 ml cold Milk with 1 tsp sugar. Drink it once a day.
OR : Eat 2 Bananas in a day.

Tree Cotton for Emacitation

Powder the dried seeds of Tree Cotton. Take half tsp of it with 1 glass warm Milk.

Withania Somnifera as Tonic

Add 3 g root powder of Withania Somnifera in lukewarm water. Use it regularly for 1 month.

First of all let me tell you that you are not under weight. Your weight according to your height is normal. It should vary from 51 to 60 kg. But still if you want to increase your weight then take Banana shake every morning on daily bases. Do it for 15 days and see the results.

Just Relax ! We suggest you the following.
1. First of all start doing some exercise and build your body.
2. Eat 2 Bananas and followed by a glass of Milk every morning. Or drink 2 glasses of Banana shake every morning.
3. Eat a healthy diet, like increase amount of green vegetables in your daily diet.
4. Eat mushrooms and soya products.
5. Eat a bowl of curd every day.

I was nearly 75kg and reduced through diet, jogging and walking. My problem is hands are lean, skinny and skin became dark. Lower abdomen looks saggy. Upper body is skinny without muscle. Is this because of emanciation? Please suggest me a way to gain lean muscle

Dear Soumya I suggest you to have protein rich diet. Every morning have a glass of banana shake. Make a diet plan and eat a healthy diet. Go for regular exercise. Join some yoga classes. It will take some time, but you keep on have a good diet. Avoid the synthetic supplements that are available in market, as they may cause some bad effects if you take them for long periods.

I suggest you to go for regular exercise and have a glass of Banana shake every day. In summers you may take more shakes like Mango shake. Have a protein rich diet and eat a healthy diet with more fruits and green vegetables.

Have Banana shake every morning.
Eat a healthy good diet of fruits and vegetables. Do not eat heavy diets at your dinner. Go for regular exercise. As you are in your growing age. I was also very thin at your age. But then at the age of 25 i was good and fit. so do not worry about. Avoid any supplement.

Good Morning

My mum has cancer of the bile duct. she is undergoing chemotherapy for the second time.
Taking 200 Tablets for every two weeks. This is her second session. She has lost half her body weight .she weighs only 32 kg . she is extremely weak and fragile. She is eating but not gaining weight. What can she do to gain weight.
Please assist.

2. Give her 1 cup of fresh Ginger tea.
3. Have 1 bowl of ripen Jack fruit every day.
4. Have a glass of fresh Beetroot and Carrot juice very day. Add a cup of Wheat grass juice too.

I'm a male, i suffer from extreme thinness irrespective of enough diet especially protein intake n enough indoor exercise and football. I have a very thin legs with much veins which i don't feel comfortable with. I feel depressed about it especially my legs. I can't wear shot outside..
