Description

Corneal Opacity is a disease of the Eyes.
The clouding of the Cornea that causes blurred vision is Corneal Opacity.
The Cornea is a transparent dome shaped part that covers the front area of the eyeball. It protects the eyeball from harmful substances like dust and germs. When the light enters the eye, the cornea refracts this light and focus on the Lens. With the help of the Retina and optic nerve the image is made in the Brain. If something goes wrong with the Cornea the light will not enter to the lens and causes blurred vision.

Take Indian Sorrel leaves extract and put a few drops in your eyes.
Also do Ghee Kirya. Take some cow ghee, warm it and strain it. Make sure there should not be any sediments. Take an eye cup and put the ghee in that eye cup. Not Blink your eye in that eye cup. Make sure the ghee wont come out from the cup. Do it every day 2 times in a day.

Try Ghee kriya, warm 2 tablespoons of ghee and strain it. Make sure there are no particles or sediments in the ghee. Use it when luke warm and put in the eye. You can use eye cups for ease and then put ghee in the eyes.
Eyebright drops are available, you can use them 2-3 times a day.

my age is 51 year .in 1989 redial ketrotomy surgery was done in both eye .in 2006 retina detachement surgery done in right eye but after silicon oil removal in 2012 corneal opacity is increasing it is more in central portion & vision is very poor .no vison in left eye.please suggest me treatment. Hello Dear Sir,
I am prahlad soni from Udaipur, Rajasthan.
22 year ago when I was in 5th class, I got trauma in my right, I checked my this eye at 2-3 places including Australia. Doctor says that your right eye cornea has opacity. I have blurry vision, corner transplant is the one option but how so far I will improve vision couldn't say.

Dear Doc my name is Anis and I have Corneal edema in my left eye. I have been operated for cataract surgery in both eyes and after the surgery in 2012 I have developed this edema in 2017 April which was earlier cured by using Muro 128 5% a salt based tube. But later on again this problem reoccured and now this tube is not affective and I have blurred vision in my left eye. Please advice hermal medicine for this problem as I don't want to go Grafting. Also note that I have border line eye pressure in my right eye.

Dear Doc this is again Anis I have another query for my nerves disease called Myesthenia Gravis which occurred to me for first time in 2016 due to drooping of my left eyelid and after getting certain tests done it was confirmed that I have this problem. I have been taking since than certain medicines like Myesthin 60 mg twice a day and Azoran 50 mg also twice a day. Kindly request you to please advise any herbal treatment for Myesthenia Gravis. I have got Corneal scarring in both of my eyes due to infection in eyes. Now the infection is not there but I am left with scarring. So my vision has also got affected & my glasses number keeps on increasing. Can you help me in this case. As I am pure vegetarian please don't recommend out of it.

My 2 year old has congenital corneal opacities bilaterally. She also has aniridia congenital glaucoma for which she was treated with surgery and her IOP is under control.corneas have cleared peripherally but central opacity remains.Is there any herbal remedies to enhance clearance.

Dear Fathima,
You can give Causticum 200, 1 dose. Do not repeat the dose. Just 1 drop in half a glass of water.
However, the homeopathic medicine are made from herbs only. Also, consult a homeopath near you for the same.

I am suffering from a rare eye infection in my right eye called Acanthamoeba keratitis which has caused a white scar in the center of my cornea. Doctors say I will have to go in for a corneal transplant that I want to avoid. Please can you help me with some medicines to reduce the opacity.

Please help!!! I see a lot of different treatments recommended on this page but I’m not sure which one to follow I’ve had a ulcer 11 years ago and I currently have a corneal scar which is very deep in my eye, which method should I choose and is there a certain diet to follow? I’m desperate to get my life back regular please help.

My 6.5 year old son injured his right eye with a butter knife 3 weeks ago. He took antibiotic drops and ointment everyday. Yesterday they told us he has stromal scarring and so vision in right eye is impaired. How to reduce stromal scarring so his vision can be restored (currently it is 6/24).

7 year old daughter had eye trauma and went under full thick laceration. She still has stitches and her vision is 6/30, Is there medication that can heal the scar? Another question is her V/A is less because she still has stitches.

I have aphakia in my left eye due to 20 years old retinal detachment. Aphakia is diagnosed at present. A green colour spot is being seen in the cornea now. And lower side of cornea is becoming grey. My eyes are brown. But this eye is now discoloring. Doctor says that cornea is clear. But still the ratina is detached. Vision is zero. Lens has fallen. He says that there is no treatment for this eye. I feel pain and redness in my eye. What should I have to do? Is any herbal treatment for my eye? Plz guide me. Thanks.
