I m suffering from cold and sore throat very badaly even m not able to talk

You may try the following.
1. Do gargles with warm water 2 to 3 times in a day. Add 1 teaspoon of Salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of Turmeric powder in it.
2. Take 1 teaspoon of Ginger juice and add some honey, 1 cardamom, a pinch of black pepper. have it 2 times in a day.
3. Have a cup of Ginger tea once in a day.
4. Have a massive doses of Vitamin C every day.
It will take 4 to 5 days to heal. Make sure you do not take allopathy drugs, as they may suppress the disease inside.
