Description

Belching is a disease of the Esophagus, Stomach and the Mouth.
Passing of gas noisily from the Stomach through the Mouth is Belching.
When we eat, we swallow air along with fluid and food. As the air builds up in the stomach, the stomach stretches. It triggers the Esophagus muscle to relax. This leads to the escape of the air from the Esophagus to the Mouth.

Single Herb

Fennel for Belching

Chew 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds after having meals.

Ginger ( Adrak ) for Belching

Drink ginger tea twice a day.
Or : Chew 2-3 Ginger slices after meals.

Burdock for Belching

Prepare dried Burdock tea. Drink twice a day.
OR : Have Burdock capsules.

Chamomile ( Babunah ) for Belching

Drink a cup of Chamomile tea after having meals.

Asafoetida for Belching

Take small pieces of Asafoetida. Fry them in a little oil. Crush them. Add ½ tsp to a glass of buttermilk. Drink 4-5 times a day.
Add1 tsp of dried Car­damom to a cup of water. Boil it for 10 minutes. Drink twice a day.

Dodder ( Amar Bel ) for Belching

Take Dodder ( Amar Bel ) seeds. Grind with water. Apply on the stomach and bandage for one hour. It gives an effective relief in Belching.

Papaya ( Papita ) for Sour Belching

Cut Papaya in to small pieces. Sprinkle Rock Salt and Black Pepper. Put Lemon juice over it. Have One bowl tow times a day.

Carom ( Ajvain ) for Belching

Take 2 to 3 pinches of Carom ( Ajvain ) seeds and a pinch of Black Salt. Have it for instant relief.

Mint ( Pudina ) for Belching

Mint ( Pudina in India ) contains Menthol. This nutrient promotes the secretion of bile juice into the digestive tract. This helps to reduce the belching.
Crush a handful of Mint ( Pudina ) leaves. Add it to a glass of water. Drink daily for 15 days.

Add 2 tsp of Blackberry powder and 2 tsp of Mint in a cup of boiling water. Let it cool. Drink 2-3 times a day.

Take Carom ( Ajvain in India ) and dry Ginger ( Adrak in India ) in equal quantity. Grind them together. Add Salt. Have half teaspoon with lukewarm water.

Ginger ( Adrak in India ) 5 gram
Fennel ( Saunf in India ) Seeds 5 gram
Put all ingredients in a glass of water. Boil on low flame. Strain. Have it slowly twice a day after meal.

Herbal Treatment For Belching 4

Add One tablespoon each of Lemon Juice ( Nimboo ) and Apple Cider Vinegar ( Seb ka Sirka ) in a glass of water. Mix well and drink before every meal.

I had a slight heart burn issue .i drink asafoetida and kayam drink for 7 days. after that i have belching problem every 15 to 20 min . how can i cure this?
