Definition

Aromatic herbs are those herbs which has a strong smelling volatile oil. Oils of these herbs emit a pleasant and distinctive odour.
The vapours of these oils are Anti inflammatory, Anti microbial, Dispersive. They alleviate stagnation.
They relieve Respiratory Congestion and Intestinal Gas. They clear cluttered mind and Cloudy Thoughts.
An Aromatic herb may be a Relaxant. These herbs help in relieving Tension, Nervous Stress or Anxiety.
These herbs may act like a Stimulant.
These herb also have a Diuretic effect which flush out toxins from the Body.
